The 60000 ton expandable polystyrene plant produced by our company has good flame retardancy, fast pre firing speed, uniform particle size of raw materials, good flowability of foam beads, no static electricity, and a wide operating range. It is suitable for various automatic and manual plate making machines.
EPS products made from styrene as raw material are white bead shaped particles with low thermal conductivity, small water absorbing parts, resistance to impact vibration, thermal insulation, sound insulation, moisture resistance, and vibration reduction. Hard honeycomb foam features good heat insulation and shock absorption, high compression strength, very light weight and moisture resistance.
