With the official operation of our polyButadiene Rubber plant in July 2010, we became the first private rubber processing enterprise in China. The plant has an actual annual production capacity of 80,000 tons. Our products are distributed across more than a dozen countries in domestic, European, Southeast Asian, and African regions.
The device mainly consists of aggregation, coagulation, recycling, post-treatment, circulating water station, air compression station, refrigeration station, power distribution station, raw material tank area, and finished product warehouse. The production uses butadiene as raw material and adopts nickel based catalyst production process technology, incorporating new processes, technologies, formulas, and equipment continuously improved and perfected by major domestic enterprises over the years. The technological level, product quality, comprehensive energy consumption and other indicators of the device have all reached the first-class level in China.
